Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 4.6

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast and lunch. They were both very filling and I feel like I am staying full longer. Although I did have a Pepsi for breakfast. I felt like treating myself today. I had an unhealthy dinner! I went out with my mom because I was so down from saying bye to everyone today. I will get back on track tomorrow.

I didn't work out today. However, I definitely got a work out in at work. I did so many squats lifting heavy boxes. We lifted about 260 boxes (weighing at least 30lbs) the past two days. I was sweating so much! I didn't wake up at 6:30am! However, I did wake up earlier! I woke up at 7:00am. I will accomplish 6:30am next week!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Q: No question today

I am just so exhausted today! I need to just take a break and do something I love! I am going to make some "me time!" I totally cried so hard at work today. I hate saying bye to people I really care about. Working in the pharmacy was amazing and I will miss everyone that worked with me so much! They were amazing and I have been truly blessed by them!

I am so excited to be starting Week 4 of this journey. I really can't believe it is already week 4! I also can't wait to completely set up my new project for this series. I know you all will love it! I can't wait to see where this journey takes us all. Anyway, I am excited for this week and the new goals. Make sure you check out Brie's post and follow her journey and goals.
