Chubby Girl Gets Skinny: Lifestyle Diary 4.4

I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast and lunch. They were both very filling and I feel like I am staying full longer. I had a pretty good dinner! It felt great to eat after working out!

I did my 30-minute walk today. I really love walking and getting the blood flowing. I use this time as "me time." I didn't wake up at 6:30am! However, I did wake up earlier! I woke up at 7:25am. I hope to wake up by 7:00am tomorrow. It is getting a bit earlier each day which is awesome! I can do this!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). Make sure you follow her along in her journey here! She is so lovely and I am just beyond proud of her. We are also working on a project for June that will make it easy for you all to join us! Today's Thought-Provoking Question:

Q: What is one thing you wish you had known at 21?

A: There are so many things I wish I would have known at 21. But to pick one, I would say that I wish I would have waited to start dating. Guys were such a priority in my life back then and they didn't' need to be. I wish I would have focused more on being young and enjoying life. What about you? What do you wish you would have known at 21?

I can't believe today was my last day at my normal job. My heart is so heavy and saddened. I am going to miss everyone so terribly much! Tomorrow I have to finish packing up some boxes and then I will be on the floor to help close the store. It seriously breaks my heart. However, I look forward to seeing what new doors open for my career life.

I am so excited to be starting Week 4 of this journey. I really can't believe it is already week 4! I also can't wait to completely set up my new project for this series. I know you all will love it! I can't wait to see where this journey takes us all. Anyway, I am excited for this week and the new goals. Make sure you check out Brie's post and follow her journey and goals.
