Chromecast Devices Before Christmas in International Stores?

There are signs that it might be possible. The Chromecast App for Android now became internationally available for download. The question is in what countries. Will the Chromecast be a little interesting for users, it seems to me that there should at least Netflix be available in that country. Casting only YouTube and Google Music, will not be enough for the big masses in my opinion.
