Christmas Lights, Music, Action!

Posted on the 11 December 2013 by Hendrik Pape @soundcheckblg

It all started a year a half ago when staff at Brockville’s Ford Electric decided that they wanted to give Las Vegas a run for their money by putting on a music and light’s show in their own backyard.

In November 2012 the new annual tradition was launched with a 96 channel setup and a handful of popular Christmas songs mixed in with a the odd chart hit such as Carly Rae Jepson’s Call Me Maybe (below)

Believing that bigger is always better the team of superheroes at Ford Electric started planning in July of 2013 to put together a show with a new 496 channel setup.  Each song takes about 3-4 days to configure to make sure it’s perfect. The end result is a must see Christmas spectacular!

The 2013 show features smash hits right off of today’s music charts including Roar and My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark along with pumped up Christmas carols all set to make the lights come to life.  You can catch it nightly between 6pm and 10pm at 820 Stewart Blvd in Brockville.

You don’t want to miss this production, it will only be around for a few more weeks.  It’s certain to leave you Thunderstruck!
