Chris and Lucy decided that a garden wedding was the perfect choice for them. Lucy’s family home in Tharston, Norfolk was the ideal setting, nothing was more perfect than the marquee sitting in the garden surrounded by the family pond and weeping willow tree.
The day started for me with Chris in Norwich with his friends and family enjoying a quick pint and then Groom preparations. With his groomsmen by his side there wasn’t a moment where banter didn’t pass.
Bridal preparation with Lucy was at home in Tharston, I arrived as the finishing touches were being done to hair and make-up and Lucy looked amazing with her four bridesmaids for formals in the garden before we headed to the church in Thatston, Norfolk.
Tharston Church was beautifully decorated by the awesome Little Flower Shop in Norwich and probably the best I had seen to date, I would highly recommend Sam.
The afternoon celebrations were accompanied by Laurence Brooks on the acoustic guitar, fun casino and the evening entertainment was provided by the wedding band Scratch The Cat.
