
As peanut butter has high levels of the antioxidant p-coumaric acid, and contains vitamin E, B3, magnesium and folate it comes out like the best ingredient in this cake. I like it’s taste, and it really goes along with chocolate. This is nearly easy to make cake and it just melts in your mouth. Nice, sweet and good cake to enrich your lunch hour.

1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1/3 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk
