It’s well known that I like chocolate and everything made with that delicious ingredient. So, I am in quest for a gorgeous chocolate cake. This one is nicely prepared and has an attitude. Dark chocolate in heavy cream makes a great cream for the cake. A little rum in a syrup for soaking the cake gets a special note for the entire dessert.

Dark chocolate – 80 gm
Heavy cream – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 tsp
For the soaking syrup
Sugar – 1\4 cup
Water – 1\4 cups
Rum – 2 tsp {you can use vanilla extract as well}
