Chilli Paneer - Ingredients

- Capsicum | Bell Pepper - 1 number , Diced
- Onion - 1 number , Diced
- Crushed Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Whole red chilli - 3Numbers , slit
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Crushed Pepper powder - 2 Teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tea spoon
- Cornflour - 1 tea spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green Chilli - 3 number slit
- Cornflour - 1 tea spoon
- Water - As needed
To Marinate:
- Paneer - 200 grams , cubed ( Click here for the recipe )
- Salt - to taste
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe)
- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
For frying :
- Oil - 2 teaspoon

Method :
- Click here to make paneer at home .
- Take the corn flour in a small bowl , add some water to make a paste . Set aside .
- Take the paneer cubes in a mixing bowl . Add the Ginger garlic paste , Cornflour , salt and mix the contents well . Sprinkle water if needed for the marination . Set aside for at least 30 minutes .
- Heat oil in a non stick tava for frying the Paneer cubes . Fry them till they turn slight golden color . Remove and set aside .
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok . Add the slit whole red chills and crushed garlic and fry till raw smell goes away .
- Add in the diced onions and the green chills and cook them for few seconds .
- Now add the diced Bell peppers and fry them for few seconds .
- Add the crushed Pepper corns and salt . Mix them well .
- Add the soya sauce and lemon juice and mix well .
- Add some water and bring the contents to a boil .
- Add the fried paneer cubes and the corn flour mixture to it . Mix well .
- Chilli Paneer Gravy is ready to be served .
- Enjoy the Chilli Paneer Gravy with some naan and other Roti and parathas , Rice and Fried rice Recipes .
