Chickoo Or Sapota Milkshake with Dryfruits and Nuts/ Sapodilla Smoothie

                               Remember having these milkshakes during my college days. Being a huge fan of sapota milkshake wanted to try it at home. When trying something at home, we can incorporate our new ideas, isn't it. So iron rich sapota milkshake, by adding the dry fruits and nuts, has become even more healthful.
Chickoo or Sapota Milkshake with Dryfruits and Nuts/ Sapodilla Smoothie

Prep time 5-10 mins

Cooking time NilIngredients2-3 nos Chickoo /Sapodilla/ Sapote (Peeled and Chopped) 2 tbsp Dry fruits and nuts (Chopped)1- 1&1/2 cup Milk Procedure1. Wash thoroughly, peel off, deseed and chop all the sapote. 2. Chop the dry fruits and nuts, size of your choice.3. Then in a blender put the chopped sapote/chickoo and blend them. 4. After it is partially blended, add milk and again blend it.5. Transfer the milkshake to a serving container and now add the chopped dry fruits and nuts.                                 Note:
  • Instead of plain milk, almond milk or soy milk can also be added.
  • As the fruits itself is sweet, no need of other sweetening agents.
  • Adding of water can also be done, if needed.
