Wash thoroughly, peel off, deseed and chop all the sapote. 2. Chop the dry fruits and nuts, size of your choice.3. Then in a blender put the chopped sapote/chickoo and blend them. 4. After it is partially blended, add milk and again blend it.5. Transfer the milkshake to a serving container and now add the chopped dry fruits and nuts. Note:- Instead of plain milk, almond milk or soy milk can also be added.
- As the fruits itself is sweet, no need of other sweetening agents.
- Adding of water can also be done, if needed.
