Check out the I, FRANKENSTEIN Trailer. Your Answer to the Underworld for Frankenstein

Posted on the 06 October 2013 by Geekasms @geekasms

I’m at a crossroad for this film.  I was wanting this to be something special and good, if only to have a good film related to a classic Universal monster, and fortunately with a movie sporting an Aaron Eckhart, even one with scars on his face, most of us guys will hopefully be able to make this into an agreed date movie.  (Look honey, its that sexy guy you like, and he’s got scars and stuff, so he’s even sexier, lets go check it out!) However it looks too much like Underworld.  Hell it looks like it could be part of the same universe, even including Bill Nighy, in what looks like a similar role to what he had in Underworld, except without the fangs this time.  Plus being dumped in January, this just looks like it should be called “I, Underwhelming” or “I, Disappointment”…

200 years after his shocking creation, Dr. Frankenstein’s creature, Adam, still walks the earth. But when he finds himself in the middle of a war over the fate of humanity, Adam discovers he holds the key that could destroy humankind. From the co-writer of the hit supernatural saga, UNDERWORLD, comes the action thriller I, FRANKENSTEIN, written for the screen and directed by Stuart Beattie, screen story by Kevin Grevioux and Stuart Beattie, based on the Darkstorm Studios graphic novel “I, Frankenstein” created by Kevin Grevioux. The story is brought to life by a cast that includes Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto, Jai Courtney, and Aden Young as Victor Frankenstein.
