Okay... I am a day late. But... Better late than never as they say.
I have soooo many things to be thankful for and I shall list the top 5 just to keep you from falling asleep reading this post... Hehehe.
I am so thankful for:
1. Being able to keep my weight steady even though I am on prednisolone (prescribed for an autoimmune problem). Steroids tend to make the taker gain weight and it has been a challenge.
2. I am able to make it through the low energy days when getting chores done can really drain my energy level.
3. Haven't caught any bugs yet! Yay! My doc told me to stay away from places, people, and food that may cause me to catch infections. (My new best friend is a big bottle of hand sanitizer)
4. Managed to make mocha sorbet for the first time! Me do happy dance and I shall have some to help you celebrate your week... Promise :)
5. Staying on my low salt diet... Tough but I am able to stick to it.... Yay!
