CCMA Awards – Day 1

I shot my first picture at the age of 10. It was a beaver damn in Algonquin Park. From there I was hooked! By age 12, I was taking personal photos, as memories, of the concerts I attended. Time and experience has lead me to shooting many concerts and events, stills for TV and movie productions and promo for various artists and products. It's been an interesting and educational ride. I feel it is no where near finished! In my recreational time, I like to get intimate with nature. I live in a rural area in Northern Ontario. Wildlife and nature are all around me. It can be very therapeutic to be one with the outdoors and a camera. Just as a song can stir memories and emotions within us, so can a good photograph.
