Caribbean Sporting Activities Options

Picture a place where the weather dictates that you wear the lightest possible clothing and the beach is a few meters away, golf course in outside your window, jet skis zipping through the water close by, couples laughing as they try to outscore each other in a game of beach volleyball and a yacht came sailing up to the dock. There is more. You remember at sunset the night before you have the opportunity to go horseback riding on the beach, you see couples strolling along the beach whispering sounds that were blown away by the waves and then you turn to hear a lady’s voice crying for help only to be rescued by lover’s arms. Just in time for you to realize it was just a game. Well, sorry to stray from my initial topic, but the Caribbean islands such lovely places for all forms of sports activities that listing them will not give credit to how awesome they are to enjoy.   
  
Land Sports

Any Caribbean vacation sporting list must be many, so that means there are something for everyone. The sports of the golf have been increasing in popularity with most of the Caribbean islands. Countries like Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Canouan, Puerto and the Dominican Republic are some of the islands offer this sporting activity. The sport of tennis is done on all islands, but some of the popular islands for tennis are Jamaica, British Virgin Islands, Canouan. Mountain bike riding is done in places live Barbados, St. Kitts, and Antigua to names a few. Motorcycle riding can be done in Anguilla which has a rich tradition. The sport of Cricket is mainly in the English speaking islands with Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica and Antigua are the most popular. Baseball is popular in the Dominican Republic. The sport of athletics is popular in all islands, but the islands of Trinidad, Bahamas and Jamaica are the top islands.  
Water Sports
When is come to water sports all the islands can lay claim, but there are some destinations that are more notable than others. Bahamas is the top island for sport fishing in the Caribbean, but Jamaica, Trinidad and the Grenadines are worthy opponents. Snorkeling is done in all countries. However, the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos are great options. These are also excellent for scuba diving as well. The sport of windsurfing can be done in Barbados which is the most popular, but Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica are other good choices. Surfing is done in the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, St. Martin and Tortola. Sailing can be done in the United States and British Virgin Islands, Grenadines, Tobago and Bahamas. Whaling watching is done in the Grenada and Dominica.   
These are lovely places for visitors to enjoy a taste of the various Caribbean sports. In addition, sporting activities can be enjoyed throughout the year. It’s difficult to name a specific island where you will get all of these sports together. However, over time and with a bit of traveling you can enjoy these lovely sporting Caribbean activities. You may be aware that some of the activities are not as romantic as the beginning of this discourse sounded. But, these sports provide a perfect blend that will challenge the adventurous, create fun for the fun loving, rejuvenate the tired mind, bring spice to those going through the emotion love life, create amazing memories for the newlyweds, and bring back memories for the aging.
