Let’s say Happy Friday with some tri-tip sandwiches.
Oh so beefy! I went by the office to find that my Dad was smoking tri-tip. Usually I’d make my home made apple bbq sauce but I didn’t have time so we went with the old stand by.
Seriously, best sauce in the supermarket. The sandwiches were so good! I’m stuffed.
I have to say I’m a little worried my run wont make it into the schedule today. I need to learn my lesson and just do it first thing.
