Can Man Ever Live Without Hi-tech-gadgets Ever Again?

The world has changed much. Nowadays, most people just find it hard to believe that there used to be a time when there were no machines, not even electricity!  Slowly, it dawns upon us that we are becoming more and more dependent on technology. Is this for good? Well, in many aspects, it is great. But tech-dependence has cons. After all, there is no technology in this world that is completely foolproof. Nothing is perfect. There are   other problems too. Not everybody in this world thinks well. People might turn our very own “majestic creation” against us! Then, maybe, as we saw in Die hard 4, we would be so dependent upon technology, that a few days without electricity would completely shatter us.  What can we do? For a start, I just told myself “why think about it in the first place?” in a attempt to comfort myself, but it was in vain.  Thinking deeper, it seems that we can’t do anything about it. Frankly, I don’t think I could not be happy without using my PC or iPod for a week.  Try thinking of such a situation where you cannot use your gadgets. It dawns upon us that we are, in fact, never decreasing our yearning for them.  If any change, it could only be that our desire increases. Again, I am left helpless and am compelled to make the same conclusion again- it’s a strange world
