For the presentation, models wearing looks from the Fall 2014 lines posed in an uplifting environment cast in blush tones created by fragrant rows of cherry blossoms. Makeup for the models was provided by ck one color cosmetics, led by the brand’s global makeup artist, Hung Vanngo. Guests in attendance at the event included fashion editors, bloggers, and stylists.

After moisturizing the model’s skin, I applied ck one 3-in-1 face makeup with SPF 8 sunscreen in fair 200, blending down with a foundation brush and working towards the chin and neck area. Then I used ck one 3-in-1 concealer in light 1 to touch up areas around the nose and chin, blending directly into the skin. Using the tips of my fingers, I gently dabbed ck one skin illuminator in cool 100 on the top of the cheekbones and around the nose area to highlight and brighten the face.

To create the fresh flushed look, I used the cream side of ck one cream + powder blush duo in posh 300 first as a blush, applying to the apples of the cheeks, and then as an eyeshadow, applying gently around the lash line and fading out at the corner of the eye. We decided not to use traditional eyeliner and focus more on the subtle pop of color from the blush that plays up the model’s natural skin tones. After the eyeshadow, I gently curled the lashes and applied 1-2 coats of ck one mascara in black 800 to the tops of the lashes. To finish the eyes, I defined the models eyebrows with ck one brow pencil + gel duo in clever blonde 100, making sure not to arch because I wanted a natural, slightly full brow.

I kept the lips natural and supple by using my finger to dab ck one shine lipstick in naked 800 around the mouth, softening the lip line. Then, using ck one shine lipstick in bliss 710, I applied the blush color to the top and middle portion of the upper and lower lips, adding a bit more color but still very natural. To complete the look, I added a touch of ck one skin illuminator in cool 100 to highlight the cupid’s bow and add a bit more radiance.
