Busy Girl Nails Spring Nail Art Challenge - Gradient

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
This week's prompt for the Busy Girl Nails Spring Nail Art Challenge is a gradient.  I decided to use two green polishes: Top Shop Gone Fishing and Catrice Petrolpolitan.  Here's how it turned out.

Top Shop Gone fishing is a mint green creme that was on my wish list for a while.  I got it in a swap not too long ago.  The formula is okay; it was a bit streaky when applying, but was opaque in two coats.  Here I used no top coat.

Catrice Petropolitan is a dark green packed with holographic shimmer.  I also got this one in a swap.  It has a really good formula and is opaque in three coats.  Here I used no top coat.

I just love the gorgeous shimmer in Petrolpolitan.
I thought these two polishes went really well together.  Though Petrolpolitan is a darker green, this mani still reminds me of spring.  Here's another look.
