I have a gorgeous blue to share with you for Monday Blues!
Luscious Lori is a great electric blue creme. It has a pretty good formula and is opaque in two coats. I decided to add two coats of White Owl Lacquers Phoenix Tears on my ring and pinky fingers. It has lovely iridescent shimmer and mix of square glitters. I then stamped a floral image from the Cici & Sisi 02 plate on my ring finger.
