




Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day (which I'm slowly learning.) I don't usually have time to eat so the easiest thing for me to do is to make a breakfast smoothie or my very own version of a green smoothie.This concoction has been one of my FAVORITE! You need:-half a papaya (deseeded and peeled) chopped-a chopped nectarine-a hand full of washed kale-a hand full of ice-a teaspoon of honey (for a kick of sweetness)-a cup of vanilla rice milkBlend it together and viola breakfast in a cup! Tip: Kale is said to speed up metabolism. This is an easy way to get your daily fix of kale without actually tasting it. xoBCC
