A blast near Awami National Party (ANP) leader Basher Khan’s convey in Charsadda on Saturday left ten injured, news Pakistan reported.
According to initial reports, the remote-controlled blast took place in Umarzai area when Basher Khan’s convoy was on way to the court for appearance in some case.
Basher Khan himself and his son are reportedly among the injured. Intense firing has been heard in the area following the incident.
Rescue teams have rushed to the spot and injured are being shifted to the hospital.
