INTO THE DARK part four -

Scott Travers’ special suit lets him move in and out of our dimension—but he doesn’t know where “Blackout” came from! While following clues to the disappearance of his benefactor, Robert “Uncle Bob” Marshall, Scott tangles with Mechatronics operatives combing the wreckage of Uncle Bob’s lab. After nearly escaping death while trapped in the Blackout dimension, Scott returns to the Mechatronics facility, but mysterious agents have arrived to take charge of newly built combat armor of lethal power. When these agents power Scott’s suit goes nonfunctional, and Mechatronics becomes Scott’s prison, with three deadly adversaries in pursuit!

Overall I was not thoroughly impressed with this series.  I thought it was going to play out better than it did.  This book had a weak ending in my opinion.  It did just that…it ended.  Travers went through a black hole and ended up on the couch back at his house.  The story was left open an unsatisfying.  Between the attempts at humor that reminded me of stuff a certain web slinging superhero would say and the slimmed down pages in the book, I can’t exactly say I was a big fan of the series.  I might have dropped it earlier (I almost forgot about it for a while due to the gap in issues) but being only a 4 issue series I stuck with it.  If it seems appealing at all to you, wait for digital collection sale.
