If you are a women that loves women of African descent with free time between October 7-9, 2011 consider joining Black Lesbians United in Malibu, California for a weekend of fun, bonding and networking.

This is BLU’s 3rd annual retreat and currently they are taking early reservations for their upcoming excursion. The organization promises to be a memory that won’t soon be forgotten with plenty of activities to entertain anyone that desires to take part. Although, with the lovely backdrop of sunny California, it would be hard to find someone not wanting to.
Early bird registration starts at $199 (all other price options are listed on their website) for cabin-style, camping or RV lodging and the price includes your access pass, retreat activities, meals, events and workshops. Some of the advertised events include Afrikan dance with drumming lessons, flag football and a butch/femme switch competition.
For those wishing to rough it outdoors, there will be showers and bathrooms available for use, so you don’t have to worry about maintaining your sexy during the weekend.
