Birthday Wishlist No.3: Tabitha Brocade Dress

I've had my eye on this Timo Weiland Tabitha Brocade Dress for the longest time. A beautiful design of a dress, this gorgeous print creation with mesh t-shirt detailing would be my ultimate wardrobe wonder.
