Bieber Fever

Hey guys! Yesterday was a BIG day. I was finally introduced to Justin Bieber and I feel like I’m Bieber hung over this morning.

Last night the party started with some pepperoni pizza, salad, and strawberries.


While I prepped for dinner, and our Bieber fiesta I munched on countless mini handfuls of skittles and peanut m&ms.

Finally I put on my healthy eating thinking cap and made myself an appetizer salad. It’s not the healthiest but I’d made it for the kids so it was really bland.

Iceberg lettuce and ranch dressing.


Not too exciting but it helped me stop munching candy so I’ll take it.

I had 2 slices of pizza! Hey it was Bieber night and I was NOT going to miss out.


The kids had a little too much fun with a piggy bank and wouldn’t eat their pizza… Kids!


The the Bieber began. Gianna and her friend Casey turned on Never Say Never, Angelo and his cousin Paige went to their room to play and watch Rio and I brought the sncks.


Enter peanut m&ms, skittles, Oreos, popcorn and root beer.

I had far too much of everything I think. But all the sweets made the night so much more fun!! I definitely don’t regret anything!



I wanted to keep breakfast light to “recover” so I had a toasted English muffin with whipped cream cheese and strawberry jam. And a key lime pie yogurt. I’m not a fan of all the processing in the yogurt but sometimes you just gotta roll with it.

Yogurt: 170
English muffin: 120
Jam: 50
cream cheese: 100

All for exactly 400 calories!
