A Chinese
restaurant is an establishment that serves Chinese food outside China.
Some have distinctive styles, as with American Chinese
cuisine and Canadian Chinese cuisine. The Eight Culinary cuisines of
China are Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Szechuan and
Zhejiang Cuisines. Prominent styles of Chinese cuisine outside china include
Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, Indian and American, but there is Chinese
cuisine wherever Chinese people are found. The staple food of Chinese cooking
includes rice, noodles, vegetables and sauces.
Chinese
cuisine is hugely popular in Delhi. It’s a combination of Punjabi and Chinese
flavours. The main staple ingredient is the use of paneer, used as a meat
substitute in Delhi. Because of religious barriers, pork and beef is not
available at all. You can find little taste of Indian ingredients in food which
garnished with coriander and cumin which are not as popular in china which
known as chindian cuisine.
Some
restaurants are all worth visiting. They received mostly high reviews for
quality food, full and balanced flavors and portions, affordable prices and
good service.
