For the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, Besenzoni has chosen two of the best pilot seats in its range. The Bergamo-based company, founded in 1967 and now an industry leader, took part in the Principality show, exhibiting the P 438 Infinity and P 400 Matrix models. These are the best representations of Besenzoni’s distinctive design, which produces over 50 models of pilot seats for yachts and superyachts, with an extraordinary ability to integrate functionality and aesthetics.
The two Besenzoni pilot seats in Monaco
The P 438 Infinity is Besenzoni’s flagship model, combining refined aesthetics with advanced technical features. Designed to offer maximum comfort and control to the captain, with adjustment mechanisms allowing complete customization of the driving position, this seat is available with a fixed or reclining backrest. The upholstered armrests feature a polished steel frame and integrated control buttons. The seat and backrest are upholstered with diamond stitching in the center, using standard vinyl or leather upholstery. A customer-supplied fabric is also available, complemented by tone-on-tone stitching. Each chair is embellished with a polished steel plate featuring the Besenzoni logo.
The P 400 Matrixis a pilot’s chair designed for long-distance cruising, thanks to its wide range of movements and adjustments that guarantee an ergonomic, enveloping seat, with side padding on the backrest and seat for correct posture. This Besenzoni armchair’s tilt is controlled by a knob integrated into the armrest, while the height-adjustable headrest can be customized with an embroidered logo. The basic version can be fitted with two types of armrest, on which joysticks and controllers can be installed. There are three types of base to choose from, depending on customer requirements. Floor sliding rails can also be installed.
Both Besenzoni chairs feature a resolutely innovative design. The Italian company has taken what has always been considered a “simple seat” to the next level, using shapes and materials that enrich the quality while making the chair even more ergonomic, guaranteeing a perfect driving position for many hours of cruising.
