Director Bejoy Nambiar has signed Shahid Kapoor for his next untitled project. Bejoy made his directorial debut with ‘Shaitaan’ for which he won the Most Promising Debutant Director at the 18th Annual Colors Screen Awards in 2012. While still working on his second directorial project ‘David’, he has already roped in Shahid Kapoor for his next untitled project.
Bejoy Nambiar told IANS: “Yes, Shahid and I are working on something. We will start working on the film once I am done with ‘David’”. The director was reluctant to reveal the theme of his film and said: “I am only focusing on ‘David’. I can’t reveal the genre of the film. Nothing has been decided yet”.
When Shahid Kapoor was asked about the project, he said: “Yes, I am doing Bejoy’s film. The film will go on floors by the end of this year”.
Bejoy Nambiar’s second film ‘David’ features Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vinay Virmani, Tabu, Vikram, Isha Sharvani and Monica Dogra.
