Being "Single" Is Not A Disease

By Lifestreasury
Do not feel shy of hanging around with friends that have partners, never limit yourself to fun, live your life. You are just single and it is not a disease neither is it contagious.
Being
Ladies most times fall victims of this. Being single does not mean you are not pretty/handsome or you are not worthy to be in a relationship. Do not let anybody make you feel this way.
The period when you are single you should rather get to do the following things:
- Spend time developing yourself: If you just got out of a previous relationship, use this period to clear your head, clear your table and try to find out ways to make things better for the future you have ahead of you. Create a checklist of things you did wrong and make conscious efforts to change them.
- Study books: Invest your time studying. Read books that will grow you spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Study the right books and if necessary study books that will help you in your next relationship.
- Grow your prayer life: When you have cleared your head a bit. You can start making conscious efforts to be closer to God. Hold on to this scripture Matt. 6:33, "seek ye first the kingdom of God and every other thing shall be added to you". When you find God, you find the best partner.
- Take time to choose those around you: do not give room to wrong advisers. You are supposed to get the best do not settle for less. Nobody should talk you into living a wayward life. Flee from all evil advisers and choose the best set of people around you.
- Exercise and Eat Right: Take care of yourself and your body. Stay fit, eat healthy and stay happy.  Be beautiful for yourself and be happy for the person you are building yourself to become.
- Step out of your comfort Zone: Do something different, travel if you can, go see movies, take yourself out, never let yourself feel depressed.
You are single does not mean you are sick. Hold on tight. Build who you are and be set to take the best.
Will you decide to make good use of your singlehood?
