Beers Ahoy! It’s National Beer Day!

National Beer Day APRIL 07 2014 Marthafied

As today is the National Beer Day in the US, does that mean that you have to drink beer? Not necessarily! Even though I have to admit that sometimes an ice-cold Corona or Coors Light or even Foster’s (that’s Australian for beer) hits the stop perfectly! Not denying that! But if you are not a beer-drinker there is so much more you can do with that bottle of beer in your bar cart waiting to be opened. You can bake it, you can shake it (not literally!) or you can make it into a mouth-watering dessert. Get some inspiration below and get Beer Cooking, Good Looking!

I love proper Beer Bread! Check out this delish-looking Sweet Potato Maple Vegan Beer Bread from Averie Cooks.
