Bechamel Sauce

Bechamel SauceIngredients: 

2 cups flour1/2 evap milk3 cups water2 eggsbuttergrated hard cheesenutmegsaltpepper

Procedure:

  1. Cpmbine milk and water
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Mix continuously until sticky and brownish.
  3. Add the mixture of milk and water. Mix continuously.
  4. Remove from heat and add 2 beaten eggs, salt and pepper, nutmeg and the grated cheese.
  5. Separate a little amount of cheese to sprinkle in top.
