Flavoured or Herbal teas are top on the list of things I like to drink when I'm craving something. I recently discovered the benefits of Lemongrass and Chamomile and I'm excited to share with you.
First, I'll tell you my personal experience from taking this Chamomile and Lemongrass tea. I take this tea at night. Usually when I'm in bed and scrolling through emails or Instagram on my phone and it relaxes me through and through. I have always had difficulty falling asleep before 11pm and when I'm anxious about something (which we all are from time to time) I don't rest well. There's no queasiness in my stomach the morning after and I actually feel a lot more refreshed after the good night rest it helps me with.
