Attention Beauty Lovers!! This week's beauty hack is a way to lighten foundation that is too dark for your skin tone. If you are like me, you struggle picking out the exact shade of foundation. I order a lot of my makeup online and never pick the right tone. Buying foundation online is the most difficult thing in the world (total exaggeration, but there is truth to that). I even pick the wrong shade in store, so I don't know why I think I will be successful online. Anyway, this hack will hopefully save our lives when we pick the wrong shade. I am really hoping this hack works because I pick foundation that is too dark for my skin tone so often. I have such pale skin and it is so hard picking my perfect shade. What are some of your favorite beauty hacks? What do you think of this hack? Let me know in the comments below! Onto the hack!

This hack worked, but wasn't my favorite. It did lighten my foundation a bit, but made the consistency into more of tinted moisturizer. If I was needing a tinted moisturizer, then this hack is a total win. The moisturizer takes a bit away from the coverage of a foundation. I will definitely use this hack for summer when I want less coverage. This will save money because I can turn any foundation into a tinted moisturizer. Note: make sure you mix the foundation with a white moisturizer for the lightening effect. Also, this only works with foundations that are a tab bit darker then your skin tone (and I mean just slightly darker). It won't work on foundations that are more than 1/2 shade darker. This is a so-so hack for me. Great hack to make a tinted moisturizer, but no so great for lightening a foundation. What do ya'll think?
