The knees should then be rocked like a pendulum sidewise. This position should be undertaken for five to eight breath counts and then released. One should repeat this posture again for some more time.
  •  Spinal Twist: This twisting yoga can be easily performed anytime, anywhere. This posture benefits the person in soothing and toning up the abdomen region. The person should start with Apanasana and then drop ones knees towards left direction. Then by making a spinal twist, he or she should face towards right and simultaneously stretch out ones arms. This position should be undertaken for five to eight breath counts and then released. This posture should be repeated for other side as well.
