Picture BBQ Pulled Pork (Crockpot Version) It's that time of year again, BBQ time!  Want to have a BBQ dish and not have to slave over it all day?  How about some of the BEST BBQ you have ever tasted, and from your crock pot?  This is one of THE Best BBQ Pulled Pork recipes ever, and it's from the CROCK POT! Win-Win!
Here is a quick list of what you will need:
  • 3 lbs boneless pork ribs
  • 1 (18oz) bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (We love Sweet Baby Rays)
  • 1 (14oz) can of beef broth

You can cook this all day, or cook this is an afternoon.  Here is Step 1 for both versions:
Step 1:
All Day:  Add beef broth to crock pot heated to the LOW setting.  Add your boneless pork ribs and let cook for 8 hours.
Afternoon:  Add beef broth to crock pot heated to the HIGH setting.  Add boneless pork ribs and let cook for 4 hours.
Step 2:
Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred with a fork.  It should start pulling apart and shedding fairly easy.
Heat your oven up to 350.  Add shredded meat to a skillet, and mix well with the BBQ sauce.
Step 3:
Place the BBQ beef mixture in the oven for 30 minutes.  Remove and enjoy!
