Batiste is a Girls Best Friend

By K @stylesocoy
I've always know that you should not wash your hair everyday because it strips it of all it's natural oils, but my hair gets greasy very quickly. I can, at most, get away with washing it on day 3 but if I waited that long I'd definitely have to wear it up all day. This is where Batiste come in.
I usually wash my hair in the evening, let it dry naturally and then straighten it the following morning. I don't use the Batiste dry shampoo on the 1st morning because it's greasy, but because it gives my hair a much needed texture and volume boost after styling.
On the second morning after washing, I will give my roots a good spray and rub the Batiste thoroughly into my hair. My hair honestly looks freshly washed! You need to shake the can really well, and make sure you hold it about 30cm from the hair because if you don't  you'll end up with white hair and the product becomes quite difficult to rub in!
On the 3rd morning, if I've left my hair that long, I'll normally spray the roots again, back-comb the lot and opt for an up-do.  The fact that I can still wear my fringe down, and not scraped back at this stage, is pure testament to the wonder that this product is.

I completely love the scents that these come in. When it's on offer I buy one in each scent then when they run out I do exactly the same again. At £2.99 per can, (and 3 for 2 in Boots it's completely affordable.
