Today, I have a gorgeous blue from Barry M to share with you. Cyan Blue is a lovely bright blue cream with a great formula. Here I used two coats with top coat. I stamped a floral image from ZJ07, which I got from Born Pretty Store. On my pinky, I added two coats of Hits Moonbow, a gorgeous duochrome glitter in a clear base.
