Today, I have a gorgeous blue from Barry M to share with you. Cobalt blue is a medium blue creme with a really good formula. It's opaque in two easy coats. It did slightly stain the cuticle it touched though. For my accent nail, I added a coat of China Glaze Blue Iguana, a pretty blue shimmer. I topped the manicure off with Seche Vite.
