Quick, family friendly dishes that can please a crowd are my mother's specialty. She's a woman of many talents, and that definitely reigns true in the kitchen. My mother's delicious cooking was the foundation for my love of food, and the power it has to bring families together. Dinner was something I always looked forward to growing up, because it meant sitting at the table with the ones I love, and sharing a great meal and conversation. My mother is definitely the cornerstone of my family, and this delicious dish from Barilla® pasta reminds me of home. Spaghetti with Chipotle Ground Beef and Cotija is a simple dish, that pleases a crowd. The addition of chipotle and cotija gives this familiar dish a special Latin flair. Whether you make this for your mom, or she makes it for you, one thing is certain, everyone will love it!

NOTE: Barilla® pasta products are always available at Walmart.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it well. You'll want the water to taste like sea water, that's the only way to get your pasta to have any flavor.
