There's nothing I love more than a good book. Maybe shoes..... but books do come a close second. I don't
even necessarily need to read the books either, to enjoy them. I get some satisfaction, just from the knowledge that I own certain books; especially my fashion related ones. (Anyone else feel the same way??)
Over the past 10 years I have begun to amass a little bit of a collection. So imagine my delight, when I came across this book about the queen of fashion herself Coco Chanel, whilst I was mooching around a charity shop in my local village. The book itself brightened up my day but the price I bagged it for was even better because when I questioned the nice old lady behind the counter about how much this book was, I nearly fell through the floor at her reply of 50p. Fifty pence, your joking!! What a bargain eh??!!
Think I might have to give this charity shop mooching a bit more of a go, who knows what other hidden gems I could find.
