This time I choose Banoffee pie for Sweet fantasy club under fusion dessert, but due to some personal reason did not get sufficient time to cook before due date. Now I prepared this amazing dessert on the very special occasion of Christmas. Banoffee pie is an authentic English dessert which I tasted and love it.

Cover with lid and cook on high flame. Cook until to one whistle, after whistle, simmer the condense milk for 20-30 minutes in cooker. Remove the tin from the cooker and keep aside to cool. Open the tin using can opener and enjoy dulce de leche for further use. Be careful while preparing dulce de leche.  Crush the digestive biscuits and fold with melted butter to prepare bottom crust.  Arrange the digestive biscuits mixture into serving glass or serving bowl. Arrange the bananas slices on the top of crust and pour the dulce de leche over the banana slices. Spread the vanilla ice-cream evenly and garnish with grated chocolate and cherry. Refrigerate it and serve chilled. Notes: You can use whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream whatever you preferred. You can use cocoa powder also instead of chocolate powder.
