In 2009 , I decided to make a lifestyle change that ultimately changed my life.
I became fed up with always feeling tired and groggy, and years of weight fluctuation.
I dedicated myself to working out and eating right, resulting in an overall postive mental change.
I always tell people “working out is not always about how it makes you look, but how it makes you feel.”
