1. BlanketsYou can never have enough blankets, it's actually one of the most common gifts new parents are bought too, they're a great comforter and very affordable! Keeping your baby snug all day wherever you are :)2. Cotton wool!I recommend the pleats or the pads for baby, they're perfect for cleaning their little faces during bathtime, and also good for getting into those cute creases on babys legs and arms etc, ensuring a completely clean little one :)3. Muslin/burp clothsI cannot recommend these enough, I think we had about 30! Lots of sick in those first few months, they are very absorbent and again, affordable!4. Scratch mittensBabies are born with nails...sharp nails, don't worry, you won't know when you're giving birth but when they start pulling on your boob, face, hands, just about any area of skin really, you'll be so pleased you bought these! It's also great at protecting your little one and stopping them from scratching themselves too5. NappiesObviously..you might have to try out a few brands before you find the right ones for your baby, Pampers work for us, they don't leak, they're soft, ultra absorbant and they have cute little patterns too! Ha6. WipesAgain, another obvious, but stock up too! They're usually on offer so definitely bulk buy, I recommend pampers sensitive, no harsh products, just 100% natural and super soft!7. Baby bathThere are so many baby baths out there, don't worry too much about the appearance, as long as it holds water, you're good! This one is great because it ensures mommy or daddy are comfortable too so they can rest their arm against the back, whilst keeping baby safe and secure!8. Changing matAgain, you don't need to spend a fortune, after all it's going to have many meetings with pee and yuckiness! Ensure it's an easy wipe clean material and a little padding doesn't hurt, just that extra bit of comfyness! What was/is your most used item?
