Avon India’s Simply Pretty Face Hunt 2014 winner announced!~ Sakshi Gupta from Noida wins the title~
AVON India is proud to announce Sakshi Gupta as the winner of the Simply Pretty Face Hunt 2014. The second season of online contest was launched in November on most popular social media site - Facebook, to choose the face for their simply pretty brand. 1st runners Up Zinnia Yasmin and 2nd runners UpKarabi Sharma are both from Guwahati.
Sakshi Gupta, 22 years of age is an aspiring model hails from Noida. Despite being an engineer and coming from a simple family, she always wanted to be a recognized face in the crowd. Her hobbies are reading novels and painting. She is a trained classical singer and a jazz dancer. Her simply pretty face, confidence and stunning looks, made her a unanimous choice for the Jury. She was chosen the winner from top 10 shortlisted contestants of the final jury round. . “I am honored and extremely excited to win the title of such a popular brand. I have used simply pretty products and it feels great to be a face for the brand. I would sincerely thank all my friends and family who supported me, voted for me to get into top 10 and then of course the jury who finally made me the chosen one!”
The jury of the Simply Pretty Face Hunt contest who sealed the fate of the winners included Swati S. Pal, Director – Marketing, AVON India, eminent fashion photographer Rahul Dutta, fashion stylist NitikaSethi, popular fashion choreographer Shy Kalra and Avon’s very own celebrity makeup artist Neha Khanna.
Throughout the contest, the contestants were seeking votes and every week 5 pretty faces,who received maximum votes, were chosen. The chosen 20 contestants were then up for more voting in round 2 from which top 10 were shortlisted. Top 10 sent in their videos which were viewed by jury and final winners were chosen based their rating.
