Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

How is your August going?

We’re at about a third of the way through the month, so I want to be about 33% of the way to my August goals. Let’s see how I’m doing:

  • 410 of 1300 exercise minutes: 31.5%
  • 6 of 21 days with 8000 steps: 28.6%
  • 2 of 8 strength-training sessions: 25%

So, not quite there, but close enough to keep aiming for those goals.
