The three Brooklyn ladies of Au Revoir Simone, Erika, Annie, and Heather, have been quietly churning out great electronic jams for several years now. I remember seeing them play at New York’s Irving Plaza somewhere circa 2006, but since that time, most of their releases have stayed relatively under-the-radar. The gals’ new single, a dreamy dance-pop number titled “Somebody Who,” marks the first new music music for Au Revoir Simone in four years. More lush and ethereal than ever, “Somebody Who” is a welcome return.
