Happy Holidays Fashionistas! I am hoping all is well and that everyone is staying fabulous as usual. The Holidays are fast approaching . With all the hustle and bustle to get the perfect gift it is imperative in theses days to budget. One of my many talents is finding deals so when I hit up my local TJ Maxx I was on a bargain hunt. I think I did pretty good. I was able to shop for 6 family members for under $25.00 dollars !!!! Even the cashier was asking, “How did you find this “!!! Your girl has skills… Fashionistas I am giving you some of my best holiday shopping tips to help you get through this Holiday season without breaking the bank.
1. This is pivotal in finding your deals and staying on your budget…..DON’T BRING ANY KIDS!!! Sorry kiddos.. It is proven that you spend more money when you shop with your children . Sorry lil fashionistas…you will be sitting out this round.
2. Be prepared to take your time. You will be surprised to see all the markdowns you miss when you are rushing through the store. I wear my flats for the day and I look through everything. My patience paid off and I found an amazing color-block dress from EXPRESS for $2.00. Yes $2.00!!
While I was on the last chance rack I came across an Aleyn Paige dress for $1.00 ! That was an amazing find.
So I scroll over to the Men’s section and stumbled across a really good markdown on Men’s designer socks. I grab a 3 pack of Polo Ralph Lauren Men’s socks for $3.00 and another 3 pack of Boys Addidas socks for $3.00. That’s four relatives down and two more to go .
I love a clearance rack and I can literally tear a clearance rack down, it’s terrible. I always find any and everything I need or was looking for there so when I came upon a lovely 2 piece scented green teat soap set from Punch Studio’s that was originally $11.99 marked down to $2.00 bucks I was like yeah ….I am good at what I do .
This gift is a multi-tasker ….It can double as a nice little jewelry box .
T.J. Maxx is always a go to destination for gifts and great deals for me and my family . They cater to Fashionistas on a budget and that’s always a win win in this economy . I was also able to find a blow dry brush for $2.oo bucks and some nice and cozy foot warmers for $3.00, which brought my total to around $24.00 dollars and some change. The cashier was like “How come I can’t never find anything like this”? And in turn I told her it’s about taking your time , that’s all there is to it.
As the month of December rolls on I will be back with more of my deal busters. There are alot more stores that have amazing deals year round. So stay tuned…
Until next time …..
Stay Fly…..
