ASWJ vice chief Malik Ishaq has been arrested. He handed over himself to Police at his residence in District Rahim Yar Khan. Government of Punjab issued his arrest orders after Quetta incident. Addressing a press conference before his arrest Malik Ishaq claimed that he has no involvement in any terrorist activities and he will prove his innocence in the court.
It is worth mentioning that at least 200 people lost their lives in two terrorist attacks in Quetta over past one and half month. Lashkar-i-Jhangvi claimed responsibility for the latest attacks
