Assistant manager is responsible for overall facility operations. i.e. preparing all commercial, daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports. Look after for the all the off role and on role employees. i.e. their trainings, duty rosters, attendance, hiring and etc. Responsible for vendor management, i.e. housekeeping, security, horticulture, F&S and all MEP team. Responsible for providing the end to end support to the tech. and F&S team. Responsible of timely renewal of all the AMC, inspection & health checkup reports of all the assets, Timely follow the preventive maintenance schedule of all the assets.
