It’s hard to believe that our wedding was almost 5 months ago! This year has been flying by. Other than being busy with work, we have been working on our house. My husband has added shelves in the garage, gutters around the house, and furnished his man room. I have been working on the common areas overall decor. It seems never ending, but it has been really fun. Our house now is much bigger than where we lived previously, so we have been adding furniture in phases, retaining some old pieces and mixing in some new things too.
Most recently, I have been working on our Breakfast Nook. For those of you that remember my downtown Gallery Wall, this room is reminiscent of that with a little fresher vibe. We just invested in some Bungalow 5 chairs that I am obsessed with. The chandelier is actually one we used in our wedding (stayed tuned for pics of it at the reception). And, I have been nursing a Fiddle Leaf in this space since May. It’s not dead yet which is a record for me, knock on wood! Ha! Have a Happy Wednesday!
