Today I would be reviewing the much raved face wash from the Aroma Magic new chemical free skincare line. This face wash is meant for oily skin but I went ahead and gave it a try and here are my thoughts on this face wash.Price: Rs. 125 for 100 ml

I have used two tubes of this face wash one back in last year and the other one now! I like this face wash but not as much as the other face washes from this range. Maybe, I’m not happy with the claims as I think claims are not true to this face wash this time. The face wash has a thick consistency but it spreads well with a lil bit of water, it doesn’t foam since it’s a soap free formula. It has a fresh fruity scent which my hubby also loves

It’s just a regular face wash which cleanses the skin off dirt, grime and oil. It doesn’t lighten or brighten the skin like it claims to as I haven’t seen any lightening effect from using this face wash. It takes time to rinse off completely as my hero also said this to me, that this face wash takes ages to rinse off and boys don’t like products that are hard to rub or take off
I don’t know if it has a effect on tightening the pores or not as I don’t have visible pores but yeah it definitely tightens the skin I mean it leaves skin feeling tight and dry and I don’t like that! I expect my face washes to not leave my skin feeling dry and stretchy. And if you think it prevents or treats breakouts then let me tell you, it doesn’t do anything as such! It’s just a regular face wash with good cleansing effect.What I Like About Aroma Magic Grapefruit Face Wash:

• All natural and chemical free.
• Fresh fruity scent.
• Leaves skin clean and fresh.
• Cleanses a bit of makeup.
• Good for oily and combination skin.

What I Don’t Like About Aroma Magic Grapefruit Face Wash:

• Doesn’t lighten or brighten, all false claims!
• Leaves skin feeling dry so not for dry skin types.
• Doesn’t foam so you might end up using large amounts so be careful!
• Takes time to rinse off.

Pick it or Ditch it:

It’s totally your call, I have mentioned its pros and cons elaborately so it’s upto you whether to pick it or not. For me, it’s just a regular face wash with good cleansing properties other than this, it doesn’t do anything so I’d rather pick something else with extra properties like that would lighten skin, make skin soft or has anti aging benefits.
